Shipping & Delivery Terms

Please Note: Shipping only occurs on business days and do not include weekends and/or holidays. There are more specific shipping schedules and deadlines for chocolate, fresh fruit, and other select perishable items.

Nationwide Shipping

Savi Chic ships nationwide. In most cases, orders placed Monday through Friday will ship out within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Standard Ground shipping and time in transit is 1-5 shipping days depending upon your destination. Please reach out if you are in need of rush delivery and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

International Shipping, P.O. Boxes, and APO / FPO Shipping

We are unable to ship internationally or to APO, FPO, and PO boxes.

Chocolate Shipments

Chocolate products do not ship between May and September. Similar products of equal or greater value will be substituted during these months.

Wine Shipments

Due to various state regulations, gifts containing wine may NOT be shipped to the following states:

Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota and Utah

Please Note: A signature (over 21 years of age) is required to complete delivery for all wine shipments. We recommend shipping to a business address wherever possible to insure timely delivery.

Substitution Policy

We reserve the right to substitute a similar item or container with an equal or greater value.

Return Policy

There are no refunds or exchanges.
